In-House Mental Performance
We believe that we are one of the few (if not only) organizations that gives formal mental performance training to ALL of out players. From 6 years old to 14 years old, Mental Performance training is one of the pillars of our organization.
Coach Mooney
Can you take a picture of passion? No. But if you could, it would look a lot like Coach Mooney. After he hung up his cleats years ago, he has committed his entire career to public service as an educator and coach in our public school system. Coach Mooney "brings the juice" to all of our players and prepares them for the countless challenges the game of baseball with present them with.
Our Way of Life
Learning and embracing Mental Performance is not an option at Core Baseball, it's a way of life. Our players, as young as 6 years old, have spent regular classroom time in a curriculum driven approach to learning the "Other" 90% of baseball. More importantly, they learn how to apply these skills to life and what this wonderful world will be throwing at them.
